yOGA 4 KIDS

Yoga for kids is a class where your child can practice positive physical and mental health techniques. Through yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation/relaxation exercises, your child will develop a deeper connection with their own mind and bodies.Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Our yoga classes offer elements of mindfulness that can help improve your child’s focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and reduce anxiety and stress.

Price: $150/week

YOGA camp (Mega + YOGA)                       

Hours: 7:15am – 5:30pm            

Price: $375/week 

Price includes Wednesday field trip fee

Full day students participate in our morning academics from 8:30am - 11:30am . After lunch students stay on campus and take a fun-filled yoga class. On Wednesday, students will participate in a full day field trip.
